HONGKONG.
Whereas a communication has been made to me by an Officer
of the Chinese Government desiring the arrest of
Jak, Yeong Cheung, Yeong Sui Isoi, Yeong Xoon Yeong Koon Koon Yeong, Yeong A de-Si, Yeong Cheong Hing, Yeong For Sin, Yeong a Isun, Yeong Wing Hting, Yeong hi I're and Yeong Kong pang
Chinese subjects, and now within the Colony of Hongkong, alleged to
have committed certain crimes against the Laws of China, to wit,
murder and also cutting and wounding a Chinese Subject.
Now I do herewith forward to you the said communication and
do hereby order you to issue your Warrant for the apprehension of the said fugitive criminals, and upon their appearance before you to investigate the alleged crime and deal with them in manner provided by Ordinance 2 of 1850.
HONGKONG, 5th December 1883.
